Staff

In order to bring resources to its programs, the Center's administrative staff is quite small. Consisting of a part time Executive Director and Clinical Director, the office is anchored by a full time Office Manager Sarah Ziebarth and Director of Development Jason R. Johnson. The only other full time employee is its Outreach Case Manager Shaw Talley who works with the homeless and anchors its RV Safe Parking Project.

Executive Director

The Executive Director, Gary Linker, Ph.D. is a well-known and respected therapist, teacher, and administrator in our community. Since he came to Santa Barbara in 1972, he has been creating innovative programs and educational opportunities. He co-founded Pacifica Graduate Institute and a youth and family counseling program in the mid-70’s called New Directions.
